MESTIZO
MANTA is a group of peruvian aficionado musicians joined to cultivate Andean music
from Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia and other neighboring countries of South America. The
group was formed in 1994 by its original members whose, up until now, still play together. Using traditional
native instruments as well as european guitars they continue sharing their ancient melodies with the modern
world. They enjoy performing at any place they are invited just because they love what they do... musica!
